Package: kwave Version: 0.7.2-5 Severity: normal The recorded sample rate is incorrect.
I do some audio recording with 44101 samples per second, 2 Tracks, 16 bit resolution and unsigned integer format. Then I play the recorded sample with kwave (without saving). The Audio that is played back sounds like mickey mouse!. The calculated length (time) is half of the real time. I can play the sample correctly by setting the sample rate to 22050 (without convertion). After that, the playback sounds correct and the time is correctly calculated. There is somewhere a miscalculation by a factor 2 in the program. I first tought about the number of tracks (2), but recording with only 1 track gives the same problem.
