Hi Maintainer As can be seen on reproducible builds [1], mercurial FTBFS with Python 3.10 as the default version. I've copied what I hope is the relevant part of the log below. This appears to be due to the following appearing in the output of some tests: DeprecationWarning: The distutils package is deprecated and slated for removal in Python 3.12.
