gnome-shell-extension-kimpanel is an extension for GNOME Shell, but doesn't
depend on the gnome-shell package, which seems likely to be wrong.
To keep better track of which extensions have and haven't been updated for
each new GNOME version, the recommended form of the dependency is:
gnome-shell (>= x), gnome-shell (<< y)
where x is the oldest version in metadata.json, and y is the next major
version after the newest version in metadata.json (at the moment y = 43).
