Bug#1008287: Failed install of npm backports package

Package: npm
Version: 8.3.1~ds-1~bpo11+1

   When I install the npm backports package, I get an error:

root@pad:/etc/apt# apt install -t bullseye-backports npm

  Yet the nodejs package is installed with good version:

root@pad:/etc/apt# dpkg -l nodejs apt
