With zero rdepends that's somewhat acceptable.
It seems upb is not fully
mature and recently I can't install it with cmake. Might be the reason
gRPC started to bundle upb and build with that exact snapshot version.
If it's a bundled copy, grpc should probably rename the resulting
library (and its SONAME) to e.g. libupb-grpc.so.* to not invade libupb's
SONAME space.
