Hi, the script clean-up-unmanaged-libraries does not support DPKG_ROOT which breaks creating foreign architecture chroots with dpkg --force-script-chrootless. Instead of adding DPKG_ROOT support to clean-up-unmanaged-libraries it seems that this script is only useful when upgrading libgcrypt20 and is not necessary for new installations of the package. Because DPKG_ROOT is only used for new installations, an easy fix to this situation is to run clean-up-unmanaged-libraries only on upgrades and not on new installations.
