I lowered the severity out of RC because I think it's better, but think I should still check CI a few more times before closing this
Right. I agree with you that this issue seems of the past. PaulPS: our old ci-worker13 was running buster (upgrading failed); recently we replaced it with another host running bullseye. It's possible that details changed on our side making the failure go away.
