Indeed, in unstable. However, I just noticed a new issue and it's that the test fails in testing as it depends on a package that's not available: python3-sparse.

I lowered the severity out of RC because I think it's better, but think
I should still check CI a few more times before closing this

Right. I agree with you that this issue seems of the past.

PS: our old ci-worker13 was running buster (upgrading failed); recently we replaced it with another host running bullseye. It's possible that details changed on our side making the failure go away.
