please restrict the B-D: intel-mkl to [amd64 i386]. This will allow building tomopy on arm64 and ppc64el. (Debian packages build-depending on nvidia-cuda-toolkit cannot be built on the buildds, so such builds won't show up in the archive unless someone builds and uploads them manually.) But I regularily build all reverse build-depends of nvidia-cuda-toolkit locally on all three architectures (using qemu chroots for arm64 and ppc64el) to find regressions when updating the toolkit ... but tomopy fails due to unsatisfiable B-D. Also note that you cannot do source-only uploads for src:tomopy as the buildds cannot install Build-Depends from non-free (nvidia-cuda-toolkit in your case). You must always include the amd64 binaries. Andreas
