Dear maintainer,
Currently Ubuntu uses a version of debianutils (5.5-1ubuntu1) with a
change. The reason is that we wanted to reverse the planned "which" and
"tempfile" changes for 22.04 LTS. Since those changes were reversed at
Debian afterwards (at least for now), we would like to soon sync the
source from Debian again.
To make that easier, I ask you to set the NO_PKG_MANGLE variable at
build time. While doing so is a no-op in Debian, it's useful in Ubuntu
due to the language pack procedures.
I'll submit a related merge request.
