Sorry for the delay :( I've already spent 2 weeks at the Swiss Army and
I've still one to finish. :/ However, I took my laptop and had some to
time work on Fail2ban :) I'm quite happy with the new version design. I
will commit it to CVS today or maybe next week.

We can add the possibility to override the default locale option in each
section. Timestamp locales is another issue we need to look at more deeply.

Hardcoded use of LC_ALL is not a good idea as many services don't seem
to take care of this. I will look at an "automatic date format
recognition" as soon as possible.

Yaroslav: Did you already do some work on split configuration files or
multitarget log files? Could you send me some patches? Thank you
