Dear Maintainer,

systemd-networkd does not read settings from the [DHCPV4] secrion of the config
file, as it should according to the man page. Instead it reads the [DHCP]
secion.

Does it work if you use [DHCPv4].

I see that the xml toolchain turns

  <refsect1>
    <title>[DHCPv4] Section Options</title>

into

[DHCPV4] SECTION OPTIONS

i.e. all upper case.
