Hi, so this issue just bit me on a newly created Bullseye. Instead of dealing with symlinks or copying files around, I just ran the scripts by including /etc/migrationtools in INC:
PERL5LIB="${PERL5LIB}:/etc/migrationtools" ./migrate_...
IMHO this should be fixed one way or another in Bullseye.
