I applied it to all translations of ascii.7 present in manpages-l10n
as of today.
Unfortunately we just had a new version yesterday, so it will arrive
in unstable/backports only in ~ 3 months.

That is great, because then future languages will get it as well. I
also added a FIXME to report it to upstream. In German we say "double
holds better".
