Package: libsane1
Version: 1.1.1-2

Since Ubuntu 21.04 there is a "Recommends: sane-airscan" in the Ubuntu version of libsane1. This is how it is justified:

Added "Recommends: sane-airscan" to the libsane1 binary package,
as the separate sane-airscan package supports the scanners in most
modern multi-function devices (improves eSCL and adds WSD support).

Assuming that Recommends would be useful also on Debian, I suggest it to be added.

Since that's the only remaining Debian/Ubuntu delta, doing so would allow Ubuntu to sync the source from Debian again.
