Hi Lucas,
Thanks for reporting this issue.

sfcgal tends to fail when cgal is updated, unfortunately those updates 
are not coordinated with its rdeps.

It looks like upstream addressed this issue by removing the garden tests:

Adding these changes to the package as a patch resolves the issue.
