Package: inkscape Version: 1.1.1-3 Severity: normal X-Debbugs-Cc: f...@debian.org
Hi! As reported on Reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/Inkscape/comments/rkjktp/for_come_reason_my_line_spacing_is_inconsistent/ The linespacing after the 1st line "seems" OK (but actually too large), but linespacing in subsequent lines are even larger. I am running into the same issue with Debian Inkscape .deb package. When I open the same file (with multiline text objects) with: * AppImage (Inkscape-3bf5ae0-x86_64.AppImage, i.e. 1.1.1) * Windows (same version, 1.1.1, 3bf5ae0d25, 2021-09-20) * Snap (1.1.1-26b7af14f2-2022-01-19) the linespacing is actually correct and consistent across all lines. So, I just come to the realization that an Inkscape file that seems to look OK when open with Debian's Inkscape would actually look wrong everywhere else. I was lucky that a recent file that I sent for CNC routing purposes, I had the text objects converted to paths first Many thanks for looking into this!
