Hi,
I'm testing the librocksdb-dev package in unstable to profit from the
addition of cmake files. However, these cmake files are checking for
the presence of files provided in the following development packages:
libgflags-dev,
libsnappy-dev,
libzstd-dev,
Since `find_package(RocksDB)` fails without these packages I consider
it sensible to add these packages as Depends of librocksdb-dev.

PS: I'd like to repeat what I said in a previous bug report: It would
be helpful if you would consider using Salsa for maintaining this
package. Thanks a lot for considering.
