Package: spamass-milter Version: 0.4.0-2 Severity: normal X-Debbugs-Cc: none, Dave Love <dave.l...@manchester.ac.uk>
I see this in syslog when mail is processed with postfix configured according to README.Debian: spamass-milter[673]: Could not retrieve sendmail macro "b"!. Please add it to confMILTER_MACROS_ENVRCPT for better spamassassin results It goes away if I add b to milter_rcpt_macros, so presumably that should be added to the README. I just thought to check the Fedora packaging <https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/spamass-milter/blob/rawhide/f/spamass-milter.README.Postfix>, and that says milter_connect_macros must include the j and _ macros milter_rcpt_macros must include the b, r, v, and Z macros (I don't see any other macro warnings.) -- System Information: Debian Release: 11.2 APT prefers stable-updates APT policy: (500, 'stable-updates'), (500, 'stable-security'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 5.10.0-9-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU threads) Kernel taint flags: TAINT_CPU_OUT_OF_SPEC, TAINT_WARN, TAINT_OOT_MODULE, TAINT_UNSIGNED_MODULE Locale: LANG=en_GB.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_GB.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE=en_GB:en Shell: /bin/sh linked to /usr/bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) LSM: AppArmor: enabled Versions of packages spamass-milter depends on: ii adduser 3.118 ii libc6 2.31-13+deb11u2 ii libgcc-s1 10.2.1-6 ii libmilter1.0.1 8.15.2-22 ii libstdc++6 10.2.1-6 ii spamc 3.4.6-1 Versions of packages spamass-milter recommends: ii postfix 3.5.6-1+b1 pn spamassassin <none> spamass-milter suggests no packages. -- no debconf information
