On Debian Bullseye, flatpak crashes when trying to create a bundle. That issue has also already been reported here: https://github.com/flatpak/flatpak/issues/4673 I could solve the issue by applying the absolutely minimal patch from https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/libglnx/-/merge_requests/30 Please apply this patch to the package in Bullseye, thanks!
