Oh I see. X11/Intrinsic.h is in libxt-dev. There's a whole lot of new -dev packages and I installed them all. But then you have to update the Build-Deps line in your control file. The good news is that there's an "xorg-dev" metapackage which lists them. The bad news is that you're not allowed to depend on a metapackage.
