I've implemented support for the <nocheck> build profile, I hope that solves the dependency loop for bootstrapping. The components missing for running the upstream testsuite (and not only compiling the trivial examples and out own header compile test) are there, too, so we run them at build time and as autopkgtest.
If I've missed something, i.e. there is still a bootstrap dependency loop, please let me know.
