Bug#1004222: pybuild-plugin-pyproject: --install-lib and --install-scripts options not respected

Dear maintainers,

I'm currently using the following pybuild option in the package supysonic:

export PYBUILD_INSTALL_ARGS=--install-lib=/usr/share/supysonic/
--install-scripts=/usr/share/supysonic/

This worked fine using the old setuptools parser, but with the new
pybuild-plugin-pyproject, it doesn't work and files are installed in
/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/supysonic/ instead.

I cannot find an explicit reference in the pybuild docs for those
options, but it seems t306 tests for this?

If I should stop using these options, please advise.
