Bug#1003976: Failure to compile on armhf

I remember an earlier experience a few years ago attempting to compile xmrig on my Raspberry Pi and running into issues (I reported the issue upstream and the underlying problem was fixed at that time). This led me to attempt to build this package in an armhf VM, and it turns out there are still issues compiling xmrig on that architecture. I filed the issue upstream at https://github.com/xmrig/xmrig/issues/2876 and whatever the fix may be will be added to this package as a patch.
