I've made some changes in git, maybe you want to take a look if this matches your ideas? If you'd like to cut down the list of spell checkers and dictionaries to just hunspell and hunspell-en-us and/or move them from Recommends to Depends, that also works for me (although in pratice any of the spell checkers probably work just fine).
