I found some upstream bug reports that had similar errors, where running
chromium with some combination of the following made a difference:
"--disable-features=AudioServiceSandbox", "--noaudioservicesandbox",
"--no-sandbox", or "--disable-features=AudioServiceOutOfProcess"
However, that doesn't explain why you're seeing this issue (on two
different machines, too!) while I'm not. I'll keep looking into it.
