Feel free to downgrade, but try to have the versions in sync for the
bookworm release.
It's a bit of a manual process becuase of the dfsg dance and manual ops. And
there generally is not that much that changes between versions -- GSL is
fairly mature and stable at this point.
because of such manual processes the separate src:*-doc sometimes look
like bitrot (e.g. scalapack 2.1 vs scalapack-doc 1.5) ...
