Dear Maintainer, *** Reporter, please consider answering these questions, where appropriate *** * What led up to the situation? Trying to save the config for a "keyboard mouse". * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)? Deleting the created and broken .xsession file * What was the outcome of this action? X wouldn't come up with the broken .xsession. The problem is that the "exec" call at the end of the file is not automatically created. * What outcome did you expect instead? Creating a working .xsession. *** End of the template - remove these template lines *** -- System Information: Debian Release: 11.2 APT prefers stable-updates APT policy: (500, 'stable-updates'), (500, 'stable-security'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 5.10.0-10-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU threads) Locale: LANG=en_CA.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_CA.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE=en_CA:en Shell: /bin/sh linked to /usr/bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) LSM: AppArmor: enabled
