In my bug report there is a (standalone) reproducer C code, which doesn't include <wolfssl/options.h> at all. So I am not sure why/what they are asking for.

I don't understand - what configuration ? I use the Debian packages on Debian bookworm/sid - architecture, package version etc is all included in the bug report.
