Because the unstable-to-testing migration software now blocks on
regressions in testing, flaky tests, i.e. tests that flip between
passing and failing without changes to the list of installed packages,
are causing people unrelated to your package to spend time on these
tests. The previous time, a Release Team member checked why glibc was blocked, in this case, a Release Team member investigated why glibc was blocked. That's why we file these bugs as RC, please either fix them or don't run the test on architectures where you experience flaky behavior. In this case it seems you should just increase the timeout of that particular (or maybe all) tests.
