It wasn't already running, but I've rebooted the machine for a kernel update, I
did an apt-get dist-upgrade, and now the problem is gone...
Anyway, after each new installation or upgrade, gnunet will be launched since you have launch_at_startup set to yes (whenever it was running before or not).
The "smartest" way to start/stop the deamon is to use the init script: /etc/init.d/gnunet start/stop/restart
If everything's fine, could you close the bug ?
BTW please take a look at #294794 too.
