Package: lsb-core
Version: 3.1-4
Severity: important

lsb-core ships /usr/X11R6/bin as a directory (albeit an empty one),
which interacts poorly with recent versions of x11-common that ship it
as a symlink. If you need to ensure that /usr/X11R6/bin is present
one way or the other, I believe a dependency on

x11-common (>= 1:7.0.0) | xutils

should do the trick. (I was originally going to suggest an
unversioned dependency on x11-common, but older versions appear not to
ship /usr/X11R6/bin at all; xutils has the merit of not depending on
any actual X libraries.)

Could you please address this issue?

Thanks.
