No, by "separate /usr/share" I (and Philip I guess, please correct me if
I am wrong) mean "separate from /usr".
/usr/share has architecture independent files which are architecture
independent only because they are not binaries. No documentation is
architecture dependent!
/usr/share does not contain only documentation, but also shell scripts
and data files for many programs.
