Bug#637687: libdcmtk2-dev: Dcmtk headers cause compile failure

Control: fixed -1 3.6.6-2

A side effect of compiling DCMTK with:DCMTK_ENABLE_STL:BOOL=ON seems
to have solved that issue.

Closing a 10 years old bug :)
