Package: linux-image-2.6.16
Version: linux-image-2.6.16-1-686
Severity: normal

When I plug my USB Camera into my Thinkpad R40 while I run the Kernel
from 2.6.16-9 or 2.6.16-10, I get the following in /var/log/messages:

Apr 27 14:37:00 localhost kernel: usb 4-3: new high speed USB device
using ehci_hcd and address 3
Apr 27 14:37:00 localhost kernel: usb 4-3: configuration #1 chosen
from 1 choice
Apr 27 14:37:00 localhost kernel: scsi_mod: disagrees about version of
symbol struct_module
Apr 27 14:37:00 localhost kernel: usb_storage: disagrees about version
of symbol struct_module

And the Camera is not usable (no device created by udev). Under
2.6.16-7, the output looks like:

Apr 27 14:44:45 localhost kernel: usb 4-3: new high speed USB device

And the Camera is accessible.

Hopefully this report is useful; keep up the good work!
