It also provides the necessary icons, and the script to download the necessary shapefiles. This package does not provide a tileserver, or perform tile rendering. openstreetmap-carto got removed this March because a new version could not be packaged as nodejs dependencies carto-css, chroma-js and hsluv were missing. I now packaged carto-css, chroma-js and hsluv and all three are already in NEW. I packaged the new upstream version of openstreetmap-carto and verified that it is working correctly: https://salsa.debian.org/debian-gis-team/openstreetmap-carto
