Bug#999573: python3-alsaaudio shouldn't install libjs-jquery, libjs-underscore

Version: 0.8.4-1.1

It recommens and installs libjs-jquery and libjs-underscore, but it doesn’t use 
these installed libs. They should be removed from the recommends list.
