I don’t understand what you’re trying to say. "Forwarded" means that there was an issue with the package reported in Debian, and the maintainer has reported it to the upstream; the URL should point to the issue in the upstream’s bug tracker. None of that is the case: this is not an issue with the package (it’s an update request), nothing’s been forwarded, and the URL you’re adding doesn’t point to the upstream’s bug tracker.
