The Hash-value for vcrun2019 was changed. Installation of vcrun2019 is only possible with option --force. The Hash-values were fixed upstream. Please have a look at Github: https://github.com/Winetricks/winetricks/commit/93d62e194e7b4786b8889166d4627f161b26bca6 Please backport this change in Debian package.
