Dear Barak,

I see that upstream added this file to the repository last June:

https://github.com/xournalpp/xournalpp/blob/master/copyright.txt

It does follow the Debian copyright format. Surely, that's good enough
for us?

I would be really happy if this package could land in Debian :)
