Your d/watch file specifies pypi as source while you got the origtargz from
GitHub.
Please fix the d/watch file.
Please keep the leading zeros in the components of the upstream version number.
You should ask for a sponsor in #debian-python IRC channel (see topic).
When you are done with the fixes please untag moreinfo.
