using embedded perl (like recommended) for mimedefang-multiplexor
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
md-mx-ctrl reread

"Cannot destroy and recreate an embedded Perl interpreter safely on this
platform. Filter rules will NOT be reread"
* What outcome did you expect instead?
mimedefang-multiplexor to be reloaded.
This is the same error as in
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=516913
which was solved via
https://sources.debian.org/patches/mimedefang/2.84-4/embperl.patch/
which is still included.
