Agreed, it does reset the timer, but it still pretty much propagates the noise, which I wanted to reduce for a bit, I hope you understand me there.

It was closed when I submitted it. It's the other RC bug you need to worry about.

You'll need to teach the BTS which version fixed the bug (mere closure isn't enough), otherwise the BTS will believe the bug affects unstable but not testing and migration will not happen.
