I checked my setup with

pipewire-pulse 0.3.39
wireplumber 0.4.4-1

and it works and shows up all interfaces. In my setup I now have an 
additional alsa-output.pci-0000_00_03.0.hdmi-stereo I had not before ;-)

So now there is the question where to put the dependency (or a 
dependency anyways) to wireplumber?
