For the record, this doesn't actually work; a build-dep on libdvdread3-dev | libdvdread-dev will only be satisfied on the autobuilders if libdvdread3-dev is installable OR libdvdread-dev is already installed. sbuild will not try to install libdvdread-dev to satisfy this dependency. But it doesn't actually matter, because libdvdread-dev has now been reuploaded with a Provides: libdvdread3-dev that it should've had all along, which satisfies the needs of most packages.
