Package: smb4k Version: 0.5.1-1 Severity: normal When mounting a share, the IP should be taken from NMB lookup instead of DNS. (Like WinXP does.) It breaks WinXP shares compatibility when the host has different DNS and NetBIOS name assignment.
Steps to replicate: 1. Set up SMB server with two interfaces and two IP numbers. 2. Assign first IP number in DNS and second in NMB. 3. Tell SMB to just listen on NMB-assigned address. 4.
