Dear developers and users, I am currently under the impression, that this also affects
chrome://settings/certificateswhich does not show the the tabs and buttons for importing certificates anymore.
Manually reloading this *URL* does at least show the tabs "Your certificates", "Servers", "Authorities" and "Others" again
