after latest update to 1.0.11-1 artsd claims it can't open device default when
full-duplex is requested; output follows:

The sound server will continue, using the null output device.
Synth_PLAY: closing audio fd
By specifying the output device hw:0 (artsd -D hw:0) or hw:1 (I have 2 sound
cards installed) artsd seems to work fine.
Sorry if this bug report went in the wrong place but this problem arose after
alsa-base (+libasound2 +alsa-utils +others alsa related packages) update:
please reassign if necessary.
