Package: qiime Severity: normal Tags: upstream X-Debbugs-Cc: gor...@chronitis.net
I recently uploaded python-decorator 5.1 to experimental. This appears to break qiime (or qiime's test suite, at least). https://ci.debian.net/data/autopkgtest/unstable/amd64/q/qiime/15900873/log.gz This appears to be consistent with `ci/recipe/meta.yaml` (decorator >=4,<5). Is it possible to patch this for compatibility? The test outputs _look_ cosmetic (although might hide something deeper). -- System Information: Debian Release: bookworm/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 5.14.0-2-amd64 (SMP w/1 CPU thread) Locale: LANG=en_GB.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_GB.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE=en_GB Shell: /bin/sh linked to /usr/bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) LSM: AppArmor: enabled Versions of packages qiime depends on: ii python3 3.9.2-3 pn python3-bibtexparser <none> ii python3-dateutil 2.8.1-6 ii python3-decorator 4.4.2-2 pn python3-dill <none> ii python3-networkx 2.5+ds-2 ii python3-pandas 1.1.5+dfsg-2 ii python3-pyparsing 2.4.7-1 ii python3-tzlocal 2.1-1 ii python3-yaml 5.4.1-1 Versions of packages qiime recommends: pn q2-cutadapt <none> pn q2-demux <none> pn q2-feature-classifier <none> pn q2-feature-table <none> pn q2-metadata <none> pn q2-quality-filter <none> pn q2-types <none> pn q2cli <none> pn q2templates <none> qiime suggests no packages.
