Package: r-cran-cairo Version: 1.5-12.2-1 Severity: important X-Debbugs-Cc: robm....@gmail.com
Dear Maintainer, I recently ran an R plotting script for the first time in about 6 months. This script uses the r-cran-cairo package to save the plot as a PDF file, and I expected it to produce a PDF file as per usual. But when the script called the CairoPDF() function, the script terminated with the following error message: Graphics API version mismatch Calls: <Anonymous> -> CairoPDF -> Cairo Execution halted I managed to run the script successfully by building and installing the package from within R using the following command: install.packages('Cairo') So I suspect the r-cran-cairo package needs to be recompiled against the current libcairo2 package.
