Package: debbugs
Severity: minor

Basically, the reassign regex isn't set up to deal sanely with
assignment of a bug to mutltiple packages with versions; it just
assigns the bug to the first package, and then sets the version number
to the rest of the value.

reassign\s+\#?(-?\d+)\s+(\S+)(?:\s+(\d.*))?

in service.in is the source of the trouble.
